Fire Story Yoga | Zannah
Zannah has over 600 hours of yoga teacher training and has specialised in the philosophy and mythology of the practice. She founded Fire Story to help people learn to self regulate, overcome overwhelm and find calm.
Fire Story’s main aim is to bring feelings of peace and bliss within and elevate feelings of joy. The flowing vinyasa practice incorporates chanting, ritual, meditation, pranayama, philosophy, mythology, nature connection and music.
Fire Story emphasises the transformative power of yoga and storytelling to teach people how to self regulate and create inner peace and calm.
