Yin Yoga – Slow, Deep, and Grounding
Step into stillness with Yin Yoga, a deeply meditative practice designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and calm the mind. In this class, we’ll hold floor-based poses for longer periods, allowing the body to relax into each shape and gently open up.
Yin works deep into the connective tissues, joints, and fascia, helping to increase mobility and restore balance. With a soft, introspective approach, this class is perfect for all levels—whether you're looking to unwind, complement a dynamic practice, or simply slow down.
Expect a peaceful atmosphere, guided breathwork, and a chance to let go, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and refreshed.
Lara discovered yoga over ten years ago while studying for her Master’s in Primate Conservation. At the time, she was struggling with unhealthy habits and mental health challenges. Yoga became a personal journey that ultimately provided her with the space to reconnect with herself, cultivate a sense of calm, and awaken her inner strength.

Lara has travelled to Bali and Morocco to complete over 500 hours of Yoga Alliance-certified training. A core belief she holds as a teacher is that we are, first and foremost, students. She is committed to continuous learning and plans to expand her expertise across various yoga disciplines.
Her aim is to bring a sense of empowerment to her classes and create an inclusive space for everyone—whether you’re new to yoga or deep in your practice. She specialises in dynamic Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, and Yin, with the goal of helping students leave her classes feeling refreshed and rejuvenated in both mind and body.
When she’s not on her mat, you might find Lara blowing bubbles and exploring the underwater world. Having previously worked as a scuba diving instructor, she has a deep love for the serenity and stillness beneath the surface.
Class time: Tuesday 7.30 - 8.30pm
Cost: £10 per class / £36 for 4 class pass (as a 3 session Vinyasa & Yin bundle £55)
