These restorative classes combine gentle stretching and movement with soothing breathing
techniques. We will begin and finish most sessions with a short meditation, giving you time
to land on the mat and check in with your mind and body. This class is designed to nourish
and give you some time to yourself, along with providing simple relaxation tools for you to
harness in your day-to-day.
Everyone’s body is unique. This means each person’s skeletal and muscular systems are
built differently, and therefore require different kinds of attention. Embracing these
differences and celebrating them is at the core of these classes, and it is what

Meli completed her Yoga Alliance accredited teaching qualification with the House of Yoga.
Her educational background is in acting; she graduated from the Royal Academy of
Dramatic Arts in 2018 where she studied Alexander technique and movement.
