Therapeutic Yoga is not a ‘style’ of yoga but a way of applying this ancient wisdom in a
holistic way. Muscular tension, digestive problems, poor sleep, anxiety and high BP are just some of the health concerns that can be relieved by a program of yoga body & breath work when combined in a specific way with relaxation techniques and mental focus. Or maybe there’s no particular problem but you just need space from the stress of life in today’s uncertain world?
She Coombes has developed Therapeutic Yoga over forty years, qualifying originally in
classical Hatha and then studying in the Viniyoga tradition or Sri Krisnamacharya. She offers Integrated Yoga Therapy (a combination of yoga, energy massage and Reiki) from where she lives in Harbertonford and runs yoga teacher training programs on behalf of Friends of Yoga.
Put simply, yoga is not a cure…but it can make you feel better in so many ways. I invite you
to ‘be kind to yourself’ and give Therapeutic Yoga a try.

Class time: Tuesday 5.30 - 7.00pm
Friday 10.00am - 12.00pm - full (though contact She in case there is a space)
Cost: Tuesday - £12 per session / £60 in advance for 6 week block
